Custom Order Policy
Please review before submitting your custom order request.
• Appropriate Designs: FAITHLY reserves the right to decline designs containing offensive, hateful, explicit, inappropriate, or otherwise unsuitable content.
• Artwork & Images: Please submit the highest-quality image available, preferably a transparent PNG with the background removed. Images that require background removal, extensive cleanup, recreation, or additional design work may result in an additional design fee. You will be notified of any extra fees before work begins.
• Design Approval: A proof/mockup may be provided for approval before production. Please carefully review spelling, colors, sizing, and placement. Once approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible.
• Payment: Custom orders are not considered confirmed until the required payment has been received.
• Turnaround Time: Turnaround times vary depending on order size, garment availability, and design requirements. Your estimated completion date will be provided after your request is reviewed.
• Holidays: FAITHLY does not process or produce custom orders on holidays. Holiday closures are not included in estimated turnaround times, so please plan accordingly.
• Custom Sales: Because custom items are made specifically for you, custom orders are final sale unless there is an error made by FAITHLY.
