At Faithly, each item is made with care. Because many of our products are made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• An incorrect size selected during checkout
• Change of mind
• Color preference

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, has a printing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• A brief description of the issue

We'll review your request and work to make it right if the error was ours.
